Returns & Refund Policy
At Oparley, we stand behind the quality of our curated Products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a transparent and fair return process.
1. 14-Day "Change of Mind" Returns
Did you change your mind? No problem. In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason—even if the product is perfect.
- Requirement: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories.
- Fees: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all return costs. This includes shipping, fulfillment, and operational fees (such as COD handling fees).
- Typical Cost: These fees usually range between $5 – $15 depending on your payment method, product weight, and location.
- Process: We will provide the exact fee and return address upon request. Once we receive and inspect the item, the fee will be deducted from your total, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives broken, is the wrong model, or looks significantly different from our website videos/photos, we’ve got you covered.
- Timeline: You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Proof: We require clear photo or video evidence of the defect or error.
- Cost: In these cases, Oparley covers all return shipping fees. You will receive a 100% full refund or a free replacement.
- Note: Minor packaging/box damage that does not affect the product’s function does not qualify for a free return.
- Tip: If using Cash on Delivery (COD), feel free to inspect the package before paying the courier!
3. 4-Month Limited Warranty
We offer a 4-month warranty specifically for manufacturing and technical defects.
- What’s Covered: Internal technical glitches or hardware failures after long use.
- What’s NOT Covered: Physical damage (drops, water damage, "dog chewed the cable") or normal wear and tear.

Resolution: Depending on stock levels, Oparley will choose to either:
1. Provide a replacement unit.
2. Fix the item and reship it to you.
3. Issue a partial refund (total you paid minus a return fee).
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email contact@oparley.com with your full name, product name, ordering date, payment method, and the reason for the return (include photos/videos if the item is defective).
- Ship It: Once approved, ship the item securely to the specific address provided by our team.
Note: Return addresses vary by country; do not ship until you receive the correct local address from us.
- Track It: Provide our team with the tracking number.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).
Important Details
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, intimate/sanitary products and certain personal care items cannot be returned once opened.
- Customer Error: Orders not delivered due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address provided) are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations: Must be requested within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Fraud Prevention: For the safety of our community, COD orders may require a quick verification phone call. Suspicious or unverified orders may be canceled.
- Refund Delays: If your refund is approved but hasn't appeared, please contact your bank or card issuer first, as processing times vary by institution.
